Red Sea Day Trip to Ain Sokhna from Cairo
About this tour
Cairo is dry, loud and a long way from anywhere green, and after three days of temples most people want to be in water. Ain Sokhna is the closest the Red Sea gets to the capital — 120 km, and you are there by nine in the morning.
Your driver collects you at 7:00 am and takes you to Doma Marina Resort, where you have the beach, the pools and a changing room for the day. The Red Sea here is clear and warm enough to swim in most of the year.
Jet skis, a glass-bottom boat and parasailing can all be added on the day. At 5:00 pm the same driver takes you back to Cairo.
Ten hours door to door, private air-conditioned car, water included.
