Who we are
Best Egypt Holidays is a UAE-registered company based in Dubai, arranging private guided tours in Egypt. This page explains what we do with the information you give us.
What we collect
When you enquire we collect what you send us: your name, email, phone number, nationality, arrival date, how many people are travelling and which tour interests you. If you book, we also collect what is needed to run the tour — passport details where a site or internal flight requires them.
Why we collect it
To quote for your trip, to arrange it, and to contact you about it. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.
Who else sees it
The guides, drivers and hotels delivering your specific tour, and only what they need. Where an entry permit or internal flight requires passport details, those go to the relevant authority or airline.
Payments
If you pay a deposit online, the card details go directly to our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
How long we keep it
For the length of your trip and afterwards as our accounting obligations require. Ask us to delete your details and we will remove whatever we are not obliged to keep.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details on our contact page.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page.
