Terms & Conditions
What these terms cover
These terms apply to tours and travel arrangements booked with Best Egypt Holidays, a UAE-registered company based in Dubai, operating tours in Egypt through our own guides and drivers.
Booking and confirmation
Your booking is confirmed when we confirm it in writing and any required deposit has been received. Prices quoted are held for the period stated in the quote.
Prices
Prices are per the quote you receive and state what is included and excluded. Entry tickets, internal flights and optional extras are included only where the quote says so.
Payment
A deposit secures the booking; the balance is due as set out in your confirmation. Where payment is taken by card it is processed by our payment provider.
Passports, visas and entry
You are responsible for holding a valid passport and the correct visa or entry permit. We will tell you what is normally required, but requirements change and the final responsibility is yours.
Health and fitness
Some tours involve walking on uneven ground, heat, and long days. Tell us about any medical condition, mobility need or dietary requirement when you book so we can plan properly.
Changes by you
Tell us as early as possible and we will do what we can. Changes close to departure may cost money where suppliers have already been paid.
Changes by us
Occasionally a site closes, a road is blocked or weather intervenes. We will provide the nearest equivalent alternative. If we have to make a significant change you did not agree to, you may cancel and receive a refund of what you paid us.
Insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance covering medical treatment, cancellation and baggage. We are not an insurer.
Liability
We are responsible for arranging your tour with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including flight delays, civil disruption, weather and site closures.
Complaints
Tell your guide at the time if something is wrong — most things can be fixed on the spot. If it cannot be, contact us and we will deal with it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
